As I look back over the course of the last two decades, the amount of change experienced in the travel industry is nearly overwhelming. From the emergence of web-based discount brokers to online booking services, technology has and is changing the way service-based travel agencies do business.

However, as an agency focused on corporate travel (we do offer leisure services as well, and have many excellent agents who can help with your vacation travel plans), I have learned one thing has not changed since Advantage Travel opened for business in 1997—the need for unbeatable personalized customer service.

The truth is, as a professional, your time is at a premium. Spending hours in front of a computer screen searching for the best rates just isn’t practical, nor will it guarantee that you get the best rates and accommodations available. That is why we use technology to support our business not to drive it. Because we believe our customers are people, not “users,” and technology should make managing your travel easier and less unpredictable.
